I am so proud to be the Mom of two young boys. The only drawback is my craving to indulge in tutus and ribbons and really girly things. This cake satisfies those pinkish cravings, so i guess i'll make this for me. I don't really need to eat it. i just want to make it, and look at it for a few minutes before my boys race their fingers through those delicate buttercream ruffles.
